Fantastic from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward with reasonable charges from istanbul international airport into the old town. We were kept up to date with messages and information about our pickup and driver and the whole process was smooth and stress free. We would definitely recommend and use again in the future. Great service. 2.5 hours waiting in passport control in Krakow and the driver stayed intouch with us all the time, until we were through. Waited patiently and great service. Our return journey, we changed the time to go an hour early, with all the ques. Communication was easy and they arrived as requested at 3pm instead of 4pm. Would highly recommend and definitely would use again. Thanks
AVOID. A Danger to Your Life. I would urge anyone considering this service to think twice, what we experienced this morning, with a transfer my wife booked in Portugal, was nothing short of terrifying.
The vehicle that arrived was old, worn, and in a genuinely poor state of repair. It smelled badly inside, and at one point during our 60-minute journey the windows steamed up so heavily that visibility was severely compromised, the driver made happily drove like this for several minutes before turning the heating fan on for a minute.
The driver never spoke a single word to us for the entire journey, which under normal circumstances might be fine, but given his driving style it became deeply unsettling. He drove at breakneck speed throughout, and at one point we found ourselves hurtling at full speed towards a car stopped at a red light. The driver only noticing at the last second, before slamming on the brakes and swerving violently into the next lane to avoid what would have absolutely been a catastrophic high-speed collision. I am not being dramatic when I say I genuinely feared for the lives of my wife, our daughter and myself. I have serious doubts as to whether this driver holds a valid taxi licence or whether the vehicle carries the appropriate taxi insurance.
This is not an acceptable standard of service, it is a safety risk to passengers and other road users. We paid in good faith for a transfer and got absolutely appalling service. Seriously consider if you can get a better service, with locally vetted drivers and vehicles.
Super easy to book, constantly kept me informed of the drivers and the vehicles I would be travelling with.
Friendly drivers and clean cars, got me to my destination safely and on time.
The only negative I have is that the vehicle & license plate that was sent to me is not what my driver was in. My driver was super nice & did a great job! I have no complaints about him at all. It was nice having the seam driver both ways.
Unable to find driver at airport, reason for booking private taxi was wife has trouble walking and didn’t want to be hanging around. Expected driver to be in the terminal waiting however had to try sources to try and find him, eventually found him by phoning his mobile.
At first i wasn't sure if i was scammed coz i was not able to locate the driver at the airport. My name was spelt incorrectly but eventually found Sam who was a very nice man. Very accomodating and allowed us to get sunscreen from the grocery on our way to the hotel. We had Sam drive us both ways to and from the airport and was on time. A good driver and makes good conversation during the drive.
What a fantastic service from start to finish. Efficient reliable and totally brilliant. Our driver Bryam (apologies if spelt incorrectly) was excellent on both journeys. Really helpful and bang on time. Will always recommend and would never use any other company. Thank you
From start to finish the booking was easy, communication was swift and clear. The Drivers arrived on time. There was roadworks in process at the airport however the driver kept in contact ensuring she knew where we were so that we were not left standing around she met us the minute we exited. On the day we were leaving there was again roadworks happening on the main road leading to the airport the driver understand my concern and without question accommodated my request for an earlier pick up. I will definitely use the service again it was hassle free!
