It really gives helpful detailed feedback and asks questions that really help process whatever you are going through. And the response are non-judgmental, compassionate and affirming! Highly recommend. And they give you 20 Free messages every 24 hours. Five stars! If you are needing another tool to heal in life I encourage you to give this one a try!
This service really helped me when my therapist was on break for a month—I was really struggling and it got me through. I think it also let me reflect on some things so that, when I came back, I was ready to tackle material I wasn’t able to before. I appreciate this service and recommend for anyone needing a supplement.
I've used other tech-enabled therapy tools, and I find myself trusting Aitherapy a whole lot more. It doesn't compromise the integrity of the therapy work at the altar of keeping a captive audience by constantly validating one's viewpoint. The daily-message-limit feature is excellent. A finite window of interaction (much like with a human therapist) makes me engage more meaningfully and mindfully and I think it works great as a daily habit builder - which is how I'm using it presently.I have 2 suggestions: 1. Chat history: enabling me to carry forward on-going conversations (maybe multiple lines of conversations). 2. Perhaps an option for the user to ASK the program to be more challenging of one's assumptions, to push one to work harder, calling out patterns of repetitive thought / behaviour etc - as a therapist would do. And to do the latter, the former becomes integral anyhow.
I absolutely love AI Therapy! I’ve done a lot of work in traditional therapy and usually feel pretty good. I have been using Aitherapy for about 3 months and it has been very helpful and supportive. I like the approach used, I don't get told "this the issue and this is what you must do"It's more like asking me questions and what I think about something that I have said, which has helped me to see a number of things in a way I did not see them before. This approach has also shown me that I have actually been do more than I thought I was in terms of working through challenging situations and a traumatic event.I also like that it is available for me to use 24/7 as I am still recovering from an accident I had and often can't sleep due to the injuries I sustained. Night times also quite tough.......it's been a great help having Aitherapy available at those times of the night and has made a big difference to my tough physical healing journey on top of the other challenges I already had before. I have gotten more valuable support and strategies on how to deal with multiple challenges that I currently face than any other option, online or in person, I have tried in the past!! I would recommend Aitherapy to anyone who is going through a temporary rough patch in their lives, as well as someone like me who is trying to overcome a variety of tough situations that have happened over a number of years. AI Therapy was there when I couldn't find anyone else. I couldn't afford other online therapy options and they also didn't accept my insurance.
