Long wait and fit issues

It took a month for my order to arrive. When it finally came, the sleeve didn't accommodate a fuller body. It felt tight and quite uncomfortable. The advertisement claimed it would fit various body sizes, so I'm really disappointed with what I received. The packaging also appeared somewhat disorganized.

The sleeve is soft but…

The sleeve itself is soft and decent, but the straps are too tight, and it needs to be secured at the waist. Otherwise, it slips up around the neck and is visible above clothing. I'm very disappointed and will need to make some alterations.

Difficulties with the company

Dealing with the company has been very frustrating. They couldn't resolve an issue with my shipping address and refused to refund my purchase. Although they finally shipped the product, I only received one instead of two. It's uncomfortable and poorly made. I recommend avoiding this seller.

Supportive customer service

I purchased the shoulder strap for my rotator cuff injury. However, being quite tall and muscular, it was too tight. After reaching out to the company, they were very helpful and offered a partial refund, which I used for a small adjustment. Now it works well for my shoulder pain.
