I ordered earrings as a Christmas gift for my partner during the postal strike in Canada. I received notification that my shipment was sent out, but I never received the items. After checking with the postal service and my home, I found out they claimed to have been delivered on September 24, yet I never had them in my possession. It feels like a waste of 124 US dollars... I do not recommend.

The customer service was excellent. They followed up within three days with my tracking number after an initial oversight. I received my order within three weeks, and the craftsmanship of the tunnels was outstanding! I was so impressed that I took them to a local jeweler, who was also amazed. I will definitely order more in the future!
I made a purchase over two months ago, and the first item I received had a discolored diamond. I paid for moissanite plugs that didn't match what I ordered. After contacting customer service, I got a replacement, but it took two weeks. When I received it, the package was half-open and contained the wrong item. After providing the necessary details, I got another replacement, which also took three weeks, but it was the same incorrect product. This has been a frustrating experience, and I believe this service is a scam.
