Worst place to buy online. First time they sent me the white mushrooms the way i can't eat, they are nasty, secound time they sent me bananas i can't eat, one week later i can't eat those bananas. The price when you check in on your list is one and when you pay is another one, i ordered breast chicken for $5.49 and at the end they charge me $9.59 and more things like that. The people they hiring to do the shopping for us they never did shopp for home and they grab everything, they don't care about what they bring to you. Shame on this place, Aldi is not a good place to buy!

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I visited a local store and was taken aback by the rudeness of the cashier and the manager. I had to insist that two drinks she overlooked were mine. The cashier carelessly tossed my groceries into the basket and forcefully slammed my empty basket against the stand. When I addressed my concerns with the manager, she showed no concern and instead scolded me for expressing that her employee treated me poorly. I will not return.

Employees display rudeness towards customers

I visited a local store and was taken aback by the unprofessional behavior of the cashier and the manager. I had to argue with the cashier about two drinks that were missed, and she carelessly threw my groceries into the basket before slamming my empty basket against the stand. When I addressed my concerns with the manager, she showed no concern and reprimanded me instead for raising the issue. I have no intention of returning.

I used to enjoy shopping at a local store, especially during my time in another country, but recently they've replaced beloved staple items with lower-quality alternatives and reorganized the layout, which has been disappointing.

Lack of staff at the grocery store

In my area, the grocery store has been severely understaffed. I often find only one cashier working while a long line of customers waits. On several occasions, I've left my cart behind in frustration. It's unacceptable to have such poor service.

The employees and management have been incredibly disrespectful and rude. The district manager seems to ignore the issues, and I've personally encountered rudeness from her as well. The overall experience at the store has declined significantly, and a change in management is needed.
