Money hungry company. I contacted customer service to tell them my store closed within a month because it was just a try out. Guess what? They don’t wanna refund me! Even tho i never planned on subscribing.
Obviously this is their way of making money and I would try to avoid this company at all costs and look out for a more professional one.
Dropship was a try out.. as a single mom trying to make some extra money for some food in the fridge these costs are just too much and its very sad and not human they wouldn’t just refund if you see that its a MISTAKE!
if this was a succesfull company that doesn’t have to thrive on scamming.
Scammers! I paid $1 for 7 days of access by entering my card details.In the end, I spent a maximum of 15 minutes on this site and realized that it wasn't what I needed at all.As a result, after 7 days, without any notification, I was charged $50!Their customer support is disgusting; they refused to refund the money that was debited without my consent and without notification!I couldn't even delete my card on the website itself!That's why they're scammers!
Absolute scam.They deducted $192.80 from my card after I did a trial period and cancelled within the time frame.Not only did I cancel it I also deactivated everything including Shopify. When the funds were removed from my bank I had to go back to their site and attempt to re log back in and it worked.They account still had my card inputted on page but other then that it was treating me as a new customer even offering me the trial all over again even though they deducted the funds to pay for the subscription plan. So really it should have shown my plan if I had not cancelled and deactivated everything when I said I did.They also said that I cancelled my plan 3 days ago which is false, I haven't even accessed their site since Aug when signed up and the cancelled and deactivated few days later.I had recieved no emails from them since Aug 15th when I cancelled and deactivated everything...just a random almost $200 withdrawn 2 months later.The whole system is a scam, because now they are trying to say I didn't cancel on time and I cancelled 3 days ago after the trial ended (back in August)...I haven't been anywhere near Shopify or this dropshipping sites since I realised it was all to complicated for me to understand.
Ali dropship uses selvia platform they are a scam and they stalk you when u put up real reviews trustpilot is also a scam review site because they have fake good views.. There is a class action in the US and now in Australia. They are a money pit seriously DONT USE ALI DROPSHIPPING AND SELVIA
Had no response from them so far despite response time supposedly being 8 hours. Had multiple offers from other platforms and have had to join another two - very confusing as I have paid for their services. Do they use Shopify as obligatory or can you trade through them solo ? Also no assurance given that they will not poach your orders in the background !
I subscribed to AliDro for their 7-day free trial, but I was never able to access my account. Every time I tried to log in, the platform only showed me the payment page instead of the login screen.Because of this issue, I couldn’t cancel my trial or even test the service. After the trial ended, they automatically charged my card for the paid plan without my consent.I contacted their support several times to explain the situation and asked for a refund, but they refused. I believe this is very unfair because I couldn’t use the service at all.I’m extremely disappointed and I will take further action through my bank and consumer protection channels if my refund is not processed soon.I hope AliDrop will reconsider their decision and return my money.
Extremely bad and unethical platform, they don't remind you to cancel free trials and have a "strict no-refund" policy. Then they tell you you need to wait for a request to refund of 50% to go through within 5-10 business days. Very disappointed.
