If you are in the USA, be aware that items purchased from this supplier will come from Europe, not a local location. Because of this, the company struggles with shipments. Packages can be held up by US customs for inspection, which may not only delay delivery but also cause additional issues.
The vendor reached out to us and offered a resolution. I want to mention that the initial purchasing process was not ideal; however, the vendor was quick to respond and rectify the situation. Required documents were not provided to the shipping company at the time of dispatch. I had to invest many emails, hours, and calls to resolve this issue. The item being shipped was to be stored at -20 degrees. We do not yet know if the item is viable as we are conducting the experiment this week.
