You are welcomed into a lovely setting with refreshments. The staff are professional and knowledgeable, instantly putting you at ease. The treatment rooms are spacious and well-lit, and there’s no pressure to book extra services. This approach is refreshing, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!
I had a consultation with Alisha and was instantly impressed. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and so easy to talk to — I genuinely felt as though I’d known her for years, this also goes for Rachel. She took the time to really listen to my concerns, especially around my rosacea and how dull and aged I felt my skin was starting to look, which really was getting me down.Alisha recommended the “Refresh to Your Best” plan, starting with a course of three Illumi Facials with Rachel, along with Alumier homecare products. I followed her advice, and I honestly cannot believe the results in such a short space of time. My skin is radiant, calmer, and visibly rejuvenatedAlisha Louise are true experts and an absolute pleasure to visit. I can’t recommend Alisha and Rachel highly enough.I met up with a friend this week, we’d not seen each other for a few months, she couldn’t believe how well I looked. She said “wow you look 10 years younger, you looked ill last time I saw you! what’s your secret”. They didn’t just give me better skin, they gave me back a little bit of my confidence. I saw Alisha last Thursday and she was so smiley and chatty - this is why I come to this clinic as the staff are lovely, professional and caring - They care about you!
