Extremely frustrating service

My experience with the service has been very frustrating. They refuse to process my refund until I leave a review. The item I 'ordered' was nonexistent, and my funds were converted into credit for future use. Automated messages indicate that I will only receive my refund after submitting this review. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.

Frustrating experience

They have not canceled my membership despite multiple emails. This is genuinely frustrating. Instead of canceling, they switched me to a smaller membership, which is NOT what I wanted. It's quite absurd.
