The product didnt work and when I reached out, I kept getting messages from different providers asking the same questions. One provider told, not asked me to switch to a different medication which I found out from yet another provider that that info was misinformed as I didn't qualify (still able to bear children). I asked for symptoms of the new stronger dose of medicine and didnt receive a response. I never confirmed the higher dose of meds but it was ordered somehow and shipped to me. The only way I found out was because my husband asked about the charge on his credit card 🤷‍♀️ and then the meds they sent made me retain water and gain 5 lbs and when I reached out, barely a batted eye. Not to mention the customer service and refund help are pretty much non-existent. Try Inner Balance instead. Just heard about it from a friend who swears by it. Its a bit more expensive but worth it if it means results and being seen and heard by Healthcare providers. As far as hers is concerned, do not recommend.

As far as my treatment has been thus far, wouldn't recommend it. It has been absolutely horrible. I'm nauseous and vomiting constantly and keep getting UTIs. They offer nothing by way of treatment for either of it. Actually their doctors offer nothing but insanely long explanations with zero help. I'm tired of being severely nauseous all day everyday. If I don't see any results within the next few weeks I'm leaving the program. I can do a better job losing weight on my own.

They did keep in touch and let me know as soon as it was delivered and have been very helpful since and keeping in touch and giving me any assistance needed along the way. Would recommend this company.

The app is really bad. Why does it not track the injection amount when you’re first ramping up to your dosage in the first few months? The instructions even say “example: 10 units” which could easily make someone inject the wrong amount. Just very poor design.

Also the fact that the app is constantly advertising other Hers products to me when I’ve already paid this much for your product feels like a slap in the face.

I've been trying to get a medication for 24 hours now. The last response i had from a provider was 5 hours ago. I understand this is virtual but I would have just set up a teledoc appointment or gone to my usual provider if I knew I would still have to wait 2 days to get a basic medication

Do not use this website for several reasons!
1. They are focused on selling product- not on your health concerns: in the initial stages of the consultation I selected the option to have a video call to verify my weight and discuss medications. This request was repeatedly ignored by not initiating that request and repeated prompts requesting a photo of myself to move the process forward. Their poor customer service seems like an intentional tactic. I gave in several times to move the process forward. There is no realtime conversation- only asynchronous replies.The only option to move forward is to comply with their prompted request. No option for phone call or in person real time discussion with medical professional!
2.I was connected with a nurse practitioner who sent copy and paste messages, essentially one per day (except on one day). This is not healthcare. It was only after I requested my consultation fee be refunded that my prescription was made, but with none of my questions answered (essentially I randomly picked picked a mediation-not even knowing if it was a good choice- and they wrote a prescription for it).
3. They made it difficult to get the prescription filled at my pharmacy- slowing down the pace in hopes of filling and sending the mediation to me using their service… at nearly double the cost of going to my pharmacy. Walking into a medicenter or making an appointment with your doctor will speed the process up significantly and give you proper medical advice.

Her’s support capabilities are horrific. My initial experience was fantastic until I experienced a problem with my order. The issue took weeks to resolve, customer support was unresponsive, and lacked attention to detail leaving me confused and frustrated with how to solve my problem. I loved how easy it was to use this platform to set up my prescription but after one issue - the support experience was so bad they have lost my trust and my willingness to use or recommend this service moving forward.
