There was no pressure, and every question I had was answered in a friendly manner. The paperwork was straightforward and completed in a relaxed atmosphere, even over a cup of coffee. The representative was patient, allowing us to examine the vehicles multiple times before making our final choice. I would gladly rate the representative and the entire team at the dealership with five stars; they were all welcoming and made me feel at ease. Overall, the entire journey from the purchase to picking up the vehicles was a pleasure.

Having an email confirmation for service doesn't guarantee that the branch is aware of your booking. Despite doing an online check-in and confirming the parts availability, upon arrival, they had no record of my appointment! I took time off work for a 'while you wait' service, only to find out the manager was unavailable. I would recommend avoiding this branch!

I purchased a vehicle from a branch that has since closed. Since then, I've been using another location, where the service has been acceptable, but the booking process is frustrating. Contacting the service department is difficult, and I was quoted an outrageous price for a new battery. I found a better deal at a different dealership and will not be returning here.

I wasted my time and money, and the team showed no concern or apology for the situation. I had been considering switching to this brand, but this experience has completely eroded my confidence. I ordered a new vehicle, which arrived at the showroom quickly, but the dealership ordered the wrong model and I had to reapply for financing. I'm still waiting to collect the vehicle and have had to chase for updates with no responses to my emails. I've been given multiple collection dates that keep getting pushed back. I strongly advise avoiding this location!
