Ordering was easy

Ordering was easy, shipping was fast. Hope the return is equally fast. Some of the it were not what I needed, that was on me though. Great products overall. Too expensive, everything is.

Poor customer service / warranty

another company that advertises LIFETIME WARRANTY but doesn't abide by that policy. the people they hire are clueless, don't respond back to emails, don't take accountability for their employees, and have the worst customer service. i had a battle belt that was about 6 years old that started to fray on the inside making it inoperable with the Velcro. i called in May to their customer service and spoke with a guy named John. i informed him of the problem and he stated that it was no issue and to email some pics and he will get the warranty started and replace my belt free of charge. i sent the email and after 2 weeks of not hearing from them i called back. spoke to a lady who stated John has been on vacation and will be back that week. about 2 months goes by so i call back again. i was informed that John no longer works there but she can help me. she looked up my email and stated that this was normal wear and tear and she could only offer me a discount for a new belt. after sharing my frustration and how ive waited two months and was told i would be able to get it replaced she did not care. you would think to keep the customer happy you would make an exception, especially since i was literally told by one of THEIR employees i could warranty the product. but instead i get the run around and the basic corporate apology instead of taking accountability for their employee. long story short DO NOT BUY HSG items. not only do they not last in the field but the warranty/customer service is the worst. in the case of HSG they have no accountability and in their eyes the customer is always wrong apparently. super frustrated and will ensure to let my department and all other agencies i work with to never support this brand.

High quality product but returns process not so much.

The people are very nice and helpful, but I returned a belt that was too small and it was lost even with the return authorization number clearly marked. The package was never found. So I ended up spending $450.00 for a belt.Other than that, it's a great product. Note of caution size up your belt at least one size larger than your jean size as their web site instructs you to do.

High quality kit at fair prices

High quality kit at fair prices. Very good to find they have a real discount section too (“We made too many”). Shipping was fast as well. Very pleased with this outfit. I’ll be back!

Your item description on belts need major improvement. It wasn’t my fault the belts ended up being too small, I went by your red printed info. Your returns and shipping rates are astronomical and felt like a robbery.

Great gear, with improvements!

LONG time customer. I noticed product upgrades. Great stuff, made even better. As always, great products. I purchased the extended magazine taco to go underneath a hill people gear kit back for my extremely light weight spartan / javelin bipod. I purchased extra covered tacos to go on my chest rig extenders from haley strategic. I was pleased to find that these have been "re-worked" and do a much better job for all magazines from 30 round 5.56, 30 round 300 blk, and 25 round .308 AR-10. No matter what gear I choose to grab this kit helps to ensure I can carry everything I need. The mag pouches are double tacos WITH a flap. I can keep my subsonic seperate from my super sonics. I can keep them "locked down" so I don't grab the wrong ammo under pressure or by accident.
