Leni was very helpful with my cake and balloon order. My friend is in Quito and I am in USA. After I ordered, I was told my friend would not be at his home. He was going to a restaurant to meet friends and family for his birthday celebration. Leni was very responsive to my email and was able to change the delivery location and time.
