I was having trouble with a transaction coming out of my account from their company which I had not made. This person went above and beyond to help me make sure I got my money back for a transaction I never made. I could not have asked for a better representative to help me out. Your company should give this person a raise that's for sure! You don't come across many representatives that will go through that amount of work to see that the customer gets what they deserve. Very nice, courtesy, empathetic, and genuinely all around great person with a great customer service work ethic. Thank you kindly for all your help!
The thing is, I saw an ad online for a Chivas Guadalajara Club Kit for $219.00 pesos and went to buy it, but when I made the payment, I received an email from you saying that I had purchased a membership with you and I never requested it, and that made me sad, since that money was for my children's school lunches.e
