Card issues and no customer support

I'm having trouble with my card and can't use it. Customer support is unreachable by phone. I've submitted two inquiries via the contact form in the past two months, yet no response. I wouldn't recommend this service.

I never know if the next swipe will work or not. There are just too many settings to manage. 😱😱

Problems with my card...

I'm experiencing issues with my card and can't seem to use it. Customer support isn't reachable by phone. I've contacted them twice through the form over the last two months, but still no response. Not recommended at all.

Can't add to mobile payment!

I've tried multiple times to link my card to mobile payment, but it claims a verification code was sent to my email, which I never received (I checked the junk folder too)! So, it's not very useful for me!

Nightmare experience

Ordering a replacement card was absolutely frustrating. The FAQs suggest a process, but the options are impossible to find, neither in the app nor on the website.
