I was assured that they could get the ticket dismissed and that my court appearance would not be necessary. Unfortunately, both statements proved to be untrue. When the attorney assigned to my case reached out, he informed me that I had to be present in court. I attended the hearing, but the attorney did not show up. When I contacted him, he suggested I request a new court date from the judge myself — this was incredibly unprofessional. At that moment, I realized I could have submitted a Nolo plea independently (no contest, no points, but potential impact on my CDL). I waited for the attorney because the service had promised a better outcome. During the next court date, the attorney acknowledged that Henry County does not make exceptions, meaning the Nolo plea was my only option — precisely what I could have pursued without incurring costs for representation. This experience was a total waste of time and resources. I felt misled, left without proper representation, and received no better result than I could have achieved on my own. I provided the service several chances to rectify the situation, but they did not succeed. I cannot recommend this service to anyone, particularly those with a CDL who rely on trustworthy and capable representation.
Genuinely a scam. I saw that they claim they’ll try and get your ticket dismissed or reduced and thought I’d try it out. After paying the 460$ and speaking to an attorney I was told to pay the ticket and do traffic school. So now instead of paying 200$ for the ticket and traffic school I paid about 660$ for this ticket. Will never use this service again.
