Used All Roads Express for my move from Austin to Denver last month. Overall, not bad. The guys showed up about 30 minutes late, but they called ahead so it was fine. They wrapped my furniture pretty carefully, only one little scratch on a table corner, which is kinda expected I guess. The quote they gave was close to what I ended up paying, just a small extra for packing materials. Communication was decent, though I wish they were a bit quicker with email replies. Would probably use them again if I move back, just maybe book a bit earlier next time.

One box with kitchen stuff got slightly dented, but nothing inside broke. They packed the TV really well too.The only thing that bugged me was that delivery took about half a day longer than expected - they said it was traffic on I-75. Not a big deal, but I was sitting around waiting.All in all, solid experience. Not perfect, but way better than my last moving company. Would recommend if you want people who actually answer the phone and don’t play games with the pricing.
Move to Phoenix, Arizona. The team was 45 MINUTES LATE, which was seriously frustrating cuz I took time off work. BUT, they worked like crazy to make up the time. They were so polite and apologized for the screw up. Everything got loaded and unloaded with care. Good job by the actual movers, but the logistics part needs a little help.
