This lack of follow-through left the situation unresolved and consumed a lot of time, justifying a 2-star rating—only saved from 1 star because the phone discussion was constructive, though ultimately ineffective without subsequent action. Overall, their responsiveness diminished after the initial contact, making them unreliable for urgent requirements.

I was charged for 3 hours of labor to change 2 taps at £99 per hour! Upon questioning it, they reduced it to 2 hours. They also added 3 extra items to the invoice, and when I inquired about them via email, they quickly escalated the matter to a debt recovery agency! The first representative I spoke to seemed dubious, while the second was overly eager to obtain my payment details!
The engineer was outstanding: thorough and kind. While it's common for engineers to rush through their work, this one took the time to ensure everything was done correctly and explained the process, which I truly appreciated. The best boiler engineer I've encountered!
