Michael did a great job rekeying our home after we moved in. He arrived on time, gave several options of what he could do to make it work for us without any pressure to choose one option or another. He did a fast and good job, and he made sure that I was comfortable that all keys worked before he left.
Mike was so helpful and fixed my lock in 20 minutes, and I had to wait less than an hour for him to arrive after I called! Another locksmith company I had called told me site unseen on the phone that I would need to pay (a lot) to completely change my lock, and Mike was completely honest with me upon arriving that it was not the case, and I paid a very reasonable price for good work. I will be going back to them if I have other problems with my locks in the future!
Mike did a fantastic job replacing my locks and rekeying them all to be the same key. He gave a helpful and clear explanation on how to program it, and replace batteries. He cleaned up after all the work, and clearly explained prices and why they were the way they were, breaking down it by the cost for each part. Security minded and professional!
