When i 1st contacted Allstar I expected to hear baffling sales talk but what a pleasant surprise when I was welcomed by Stuart who made life so simple by giving me much genuine information about my fuel card.

Very poor experience with All Star Fuel Card. I was charged £13.73 on 10 September, 10 December, and 14 January without my consent, plus another charge on a February invoice which I rejected.
Unauthorised charges and lack of transparency have caused unnecessary stress. I have requested immediate cancellation of my account and a full refund. I would advise others to check their statements carefully.
Spoke to customer service today and young lady was very unhelpful and charges could have been sent to my spam, the charges where for you to plant some tree quite the opposite to clear
Customer service is none existent with Allstar! I’ve tried calling them on numerous occasions, there is never an answer and you are just left on hold… they seriously need to invest in staff to answer calls….I wish id never bothered with this company…. And there is only 1 local petrol station that I can use to get discounted fuel.
I cannot recommend this service, as I was placed on a high-risk pricing plan that resulted in an extra charge of 0.30p per litre of fuel. With three fuel cards, this cost accumulated significantly over the 1.5 years I was subjected to these rates. I acknowledge I should have noticed sooner, but the email notification was easily overlooked amid their excessive spam. It only became apparent when the fuel amounts I was filling in the vans didn't align with the invoice. I feel like I have lost around £1000.00, and they have made no effort to address this issue. They can't even provide the original risk report or the semi-annual reports they previously used for credit checks. We have always made our payments on time and had no issues with our credit score, yet they refuse to explain why this charge was applied. Their terms state that it is at their discretion and non-refundable.
I have been using a fuel card for several months for a vehicle assigned to one of my employees. I received an email informing me that my pricing would change to something called Risk Based Pricing. They didn't explain this in the email, so I had to sift through their terms and conditions to understand it. Essentially, they will add up to £0.34 per litre (about 20%) to the current price. When I finally contacted them by phone, they couldn't provide a clear reason for this charge on my account. Payments have always been made punctually, and they impose a 6% fee for late payments according to their terms. Such tactics by this company to exploit customers are absolutely disgraceful.
