This casino is one of the worst that I have played at to start it off 1. I was spinning high bets winning then they errored my game wich kicked me out went back in what do you know loss after loss 2. I landed a super scatter bouns and didn't get it.3. I requested a 400 withdrawal 8 days ago and now I have to wait over the weekend then wait through out the week for Wich is absolutely disgusting.4. the support help are no help they have no clue what's going on in there casino 5. when told about the missed bouns there was no mention or knowledgement about it. I’m already verified, so there shouldn’t be any reason for it to be stuck this long. Every time I asked what the actual problem was, nobody could give me a straight answer or point to anything in their own rules that explains the delay.I eventually got told to send in a “formal complaint,” which doesn’t make me feel great considering I’m just trying to get the money I already won. could give 0 if i could, did deposit money, won bonus money from their con games and none of them did show up on bonuses.. contacted support few times, they sent copy paste "there are no available bonuses for your account by the decision of the site’s administration. huge scam right there, everybody should get their bonus money like you get in every other casinos..this might be also very illegal and needs legal actions against allyspin..scamming as finest. stay away, plus impossible to withdraw.

The chat what helpull but the withdrawal was long compare to the other online casino so for withdrawal its take me about 12 days but i receive it finally 😅 i made it the 22 september and just receive it october 7 so u have to be patient but i got it i was wonderring about all the bad review that they not paid but i just keep waiting and dont cancel the withdrawal cause the process will start over again .
