No communication

No communication. They took my money right away and sent a receipt. I was told it would take 7 days to complete and I would receive an email. It had been well past a week and I have heard nothing. I can't even call them to ask.

I ordered a large personalized coffee…

I ordered a large personalized coffee mug for my nail tech for Christmas and received the order and the mug was broken in pieces. I reached out to customer support and they instructed me on how to replace the mug. I received a new mug in fast shipping time and the mug was in perfect condition. Excellent quality and the whole experience was flawless

When I first saw the advertisement for the child’s pillow I fell in love. Love the positive affirmations. Great for a young girl.Ordering was really easy and my Christmas gift arrived in probably 2 weeks.Also the quality of the fabric is soft and welcomes squeezing. I’m so excited to give it to my granddaughter for Christmas

I have been a customer of almagems for awhile. I have always been satisfied with products and help. Recently I had an issue and Chloe went above and beyond to rectify my situation. She was extremely helpful and understanding. She made sure my order was to my complete satisfaction and continually sent me updated emails . She was wonderful.
