I really enjoyed this Sylvotherapy course!It was both practical and rich with valuable information not just for helping others, but for learning how to bring balance into your own life through nature. I especially appreciated learning how to create sacred spaces both indoors and in the forest to truly experience the healing power of the natural world.
The course was really good! It went through the basics of what Sylvotherapy is, where it came from, all the way to how I can start leading sessions. The course is done at your own pace and the reading material is nicely spaced out. I really enjoyed learning from this course and I am looking forward to exploring other courses that they offer.
The course dived into all elements of Sylvotherapy - from its origins and history through to setting up as a practitioner and everything in between - so much scientific, holistic and practical information. I am looking forward to implementing elements of this into my life coaching offer. I have always been interested in trees and plants and their healing benefits and now I have a full understanding of it. I now want to learn more about aromatherapy!
Having discovered this possibility, with obviously my basics and experiences in survival, natural survival, Bushcraft, human tracking, animal tracking, as well as first aid courses in remote environments, I got involved, even though it was not possible to take the course in Italian ... hard but interesting and fun.
