Review Time
This agent completely failed to deliver what was promised. I booked with them only because they guaranteed hotels close to the Haram in Makkah and Masjid an-Nabawi in Madinah. That was the entire reason for choosing them — and they did not honour it.
Just 10 days before departure, I was informed that the Makkah hotel had been cancelled and we were offered a hotel nearly 2km away, requiring a shuttle service. At that late stage, I had no option but to accept.
The situation then became worse in Madinah. On the actual day of check-in, we were told the original hotel was no longer available and our transfer car from Makkah to Madinah took us to another hotel that was part of the same group but even further away, also requiring bus transfers. This level of last-minute disorganisation is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the so-called transfer bus service from hotel to mosque was extremely poor — unreliable and inconvenient — which meant we were forced to pay extra for taxis just to get to the mosque on time. This added unexpected costs and stress to what should have been a smooth and spiritual journey.
This company made promises to secure the booking and then failed to deliver on them. Poor planning, broken commitments, and a complete lack of accountability. I would strongly advise others to avoid this agent, I will never use them again.
