How this company is being allowed to even consider not complying with the Equality act 2010 is completely beyond me. Compliance with an act of parliament is not voluntary especially as this is backed by the UN charter. This company should be brought to task by Parliament and told in no uncertain terms that discrimination is illegal

It was the worst two days I've experienced. Also, be mindful that drinks are overpriced; a small soda costs 5 pounds... Avoid it if possible. The rides are just rebranded; there's nothing new, and we only managed to ride a maximum of three attractions due to lengthy wait times.

The rides were enjoyable, hence the 4-star rating. However, the crowd control after the fireworks was concerning. We were held back while they checked the grounds, waiting over half an hour in a cramped space. When they finally let us through, some people were pushing, creating an unsafe situation. The food at the dining area was inedible and exorbitantly priced! Just a bun filled with fat, lacking any actual meat. Skip it! The coffee stand charged £20 for four hot chocolates that were undrinkable, too watered down. The noodle bar and donut shop offered good food and were worth the money. Get your hot chocolate from a different place! Visiting this location as a family is quite costly, especially since you need a fast pass to enjoy the rides due to the excessive wait times. Being overcharged for food adds to the frustration. I won't be returning anytime soon.
While the fireworks were fantastic, I wouldn't recommend the parking situation. If you do park, arrive early; the process is frustrating and lengthy. The staff were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to our experience. Creating a direct path to the grass field would have alleviated congestion. Hosting 20,000 people for fireworks feels greedy and unsafe.
I have no complaints about the rides, staff, or food during the fireworks weekend. I had a great time. However, the crowd control during the fireworks on Saturday was dangerously poor. There were no clear pathways near the beer area, making movement difficult. It was unsettling to see people holding babies, cigarettes, and drinks above their heads while those with strollers or mobility aids struggled to get through. This definitely needs to be addressed for future events to ensure safety.
We visited the park for a celebration and the fireworks. I understand queuing is part of the experience, but much of it seemed due to ride access passes, which felt unfair. The fireworks experience was terrifying; I was pushed from all sides, fearing a crowd crush. There was a complete lack of staff security. After we managed to escape, we found security standing idle nearby. I informed one guard about my group, which included individuals with asthma and on the autism spectrum, but the situation was alarming. This is clearly a health and safety issue that needs investigation. It ruined our day.
While attempting to leave the fireworks area, it was clear there was no regard for public safety. Navigating to the exit was almost impossible due to a lack of organization or assistance. Families with young children and disabilities must have found it terrifying. When we finally reached the parking area, it was chaotic with no traffic marshals to guide us. It's disappointing how disorganized this family event turned out.
