Frustrating Experience with the Service

I will attempt to keep this review respectful, even though the service truly does not warrant it. I have spent a month battling for a 50 euro refund. Initially, it was cancelled after a week of waiting. Then, it took an additional week for the service to 're-initiate' the refund. Now, after waiting a week and a half following this 're-initiation', my money is still missing, just as I anticipated. Throughout this ordeal, a representative has done her utmost to portray me as the villain for questioning the company after waiting a month without receiving my money and enduring their implausible excuses. They refuse to take responsibility and instead blame their payment provider. They also accuse me of being unreasonable for wanting my money. It’s not unreasonable to seek clarity after a month of excuses. They requested bank statements that I had already provided earlier, seemingly to prolong the situation. I have been blocked from their Chat Support, preventing me from asking pertinent questions. It appears they have also blocked my emails, as they refuse to respond in any manner. They will likely 're-initiate' the payment instead of considering an alternative I suggested, making me wait indefinitely for funds that simply do not arrive. These individuals are true scammers who will shift the blame onto you for their errors and refuse to engage in reasonable dialogue or actually process your payment.

Still waiting for my 50 EUR refund

As of today, I have not received my 50 EUR refund. My bank has confirmed that no refund has been processed. Despite being told that 'the refund will arrive within seven business days', this arbitrary timeline does not match any bank schedules. This service is filled with individuals who seem incapable of issuing a simple refund. They keep requesting patience. I have been waiting for nearly a month, and they continuously provide excuses.
