This is my top choice for imports. They consistently update me if an item is no longer in stock and offer refund or substitute options. Quite dependable, with reasonable dispatch times. The estimated delivery dates typically provide a few months of buffer.
I've been using this service for several years and can honestly say I've never faced any issues. Admittedly, their customer service has sometimes been lacking, but this time they responded to my inquiry within 24 hours, and my order of 24 drinks arrived in 7 days. It's unfortunate to see many negative reviews, but my experiences have always been positive.
I've been ordering from this service occasionally for a couple of years, and until my last order, I had no problems. I ordered two bags of popcorn, but when I opened the package, both bags had been cut into, causing them to go stale. I was quite disappointed, especially since one was for my niece's holiday gift. My first negative experience with this service.
Excellent customer support. I requested to cancel my order due to an emergency, but shortly after, I resolved the issue and sent a new email stating the cancellation was no longer needed. Despite my changes, I received prompt replies from the staff, and once shipped, my order arrived the next day, well-packaged.

After seeing many negative reviews, I was a bit concerned, but everything arrived on time (except for items clearly marked as past their best before date). The drinks were well-packaged, delivered quickly, and offered good value compared to similar services. I will definitely order from here again!
I've ordered from this service many times, usually with great results. However, I received a Pepsi lime that was a year past its expiration date. I contacted support twice but received no response. They read my message on social media but still haven't replied.
