I had ordered from this seller several times before without any issues. Recently, I decided to return due to better prices, and it turned out to be a huge mistake! I'm not sure if it's new management or just a lack of care now. In my latest order, they shorted my items without any notification. It took numerous emails and two weeks to get in touch with someone. I was told I would receive a refund within 3-5 business days. Ten days later, I received an email confirming the refund for my missing items, but I had to wait over five more days. After giving them another chance, it's been eight days with no updates. Finally, I managed to reach someone who said my order is now with fulfillment, but I have no way to track it. This has been the worst experience I've had with a vape order. Still waiting! Truly terrible!
First let me say this was the first time I ordered from flawless vape and the only reason I’m giving a 4 is because I signed up for emails but never received my 10% off of your first order. The shipping was fast and everything was packed so nice and neat, not just thrown in the box.
This is probably the 3rd time if not 4th out of last 5 orders where it actually took 5-6 business days to fill order and send out which means another 3-5 days for delivery. 2-3 times no email with tracking till 1 day b4 delivery date. I can understand if im ordering on a Friday or weekend but mid week or early week sometimes. I will definitely be switching back to vape royalty for my vape products. They are days quicker easily
