American Quality moved me from St Louis, MO to Louisiana. All in all great experience. The crew was very professional, well mannered and pleasing. They did arrive 45mins late but they were very communicative in so. Crew worked hard & diligent and did not complain knowing my items were on the heavier side, with my furniture being solid wood. All of my items did make it over to my home; very well wrapped and taken care of and I am very pleased in doing business with this company. All in all - no complaints and will be referring & am thankful for making my relo simple. Thanks again!!
This review is for the big guys in the office, drivers were good on keeping us updated. It’s shared space in a big truck. They pick up from ur place, transfer to warehouse and transfer again to next truck for final destination. Our pick up date was pushed back one day from scheduled time and no one from their company called to inform us. We called multiple times, never once was any Person answered, it went straight to voicemails. Left messages, no one returned the calls. Got our delivery 9 days later. Got rips on our couch, dents on furnitures and appliances. Sent them an email of our missing box (that we noticed so far, not sure what else is missing), no reply nor a call back! Very poor service, terrible communication! Will never make the same mistake twice!
Well first things first we were told a price for what we had when they got there they couldn't fit all of our stuff in THE BIG RIG and TRAILER so we had to rent a U-Haul they went up on the price then we were told it would take 7 to 10 days it's now 2 weeks and we just got our stuff. The man that just delivered it has to do all the work himself. Then we have expensive stuff they had to remove it from the Rig and put it in a truck with a trailer this moving company is a joke I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL Also the man that picked our stuff up at our house wasn't very nice at all. I would give them no stars but I had to pick one so that's what they got. WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEMOH AND THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE.
Only because zero was not allowed. This has been a huge nightmare. Sandy use R&R Movers. DO NOT let them touch your household goods. After refusing to take a credit card, they tried to force me to give cash. Which was not the Initial agreement. That took multiple days to straighten out after the first company who picked up my stuff who By the Way was an illegal unqualified moving company Hired by R and R to pick up my goods. A huge drama filled long story is all but 3 of my furniture pieces was damaged. Multiple boxes were destroyed precious family China and other glassware was just box fulls broken. 2 boxes are missing.. I Could continue this but it would just go on Endless. Initially I was told 7 to 14 days to deliver. When that didn't happen in a timely manner then I was told it could take up to 23 days.. When that didn't happen I was told oh it's 23 business days.. More BS on the behalf of all involved. Go directly to a well-known company and spend a little extra money it's not worth what I thought I was saving as to now what it's gonna cost me in the end.
It was my first time to move from one state to another. I was really worried and hesitant if the company is legit since there are lots of scammers out there. So I checked the reviews on the web and I felt relieved and put my trust on this company. Sandy was really helpful all throughout the process. I emailed him or even text or call him and he always answered all my queries. This company deserves more than 5 stars and of course to Sandy as well.
