From the initial viewing right through to signing the tenancy agreement, everything just went smoothly. We were never left in the dark. Lily in particular was a star, super easy to deal with.
This is perhaps the least satisfactory rental management company in the United Kingdom. The company primarily employs staff of Chinese origin and manages properties owned by Chinese landlords. We rented a property through them for three years and encountered significant difficulties in communication. Upon vacating the property, a deduction of £410 was made for minor scratches on the dining table and a sticky hanger left behind the door. When we contested these charges, we were informed by YoursLink that the landlord did not agree and that payment was still required. Throughout the tenancy, we maintained the property with care and responsibility, but we were ultimately disappointed by the unprofessional manner in which both YoursLink and the landlord handled our concerns.
Yours Link is an extremely unprofessional property management agency.I have requested termination of our contract for property management and they do not respond despite my calls, messages and emails. They are deliberately withholding funds due to me as well as my apartment keys.I would advise any landlord to stay far away from them and work with more reputable agencies.
Absolute terrible company. Very rude, scammers. This company tries to scam you and take as much money they can from your deposit. When we asked for them to fix certain things in our flat they did cowboy jobs and expect us to pay for it. No damage to the property just wear and tear and they charged us £700 + off our deposit. They don’t replies to emails ( over a days wait each email). They havnt returned our deposit in 3 months and still waiting. DESPICABLE. I do not recommend if you are going to go with them, I say don’t and go somewhere else for a bit of peace of mind.

Communication is consistently poor from their ‘aftercare’ team, messages go unanswered or receive vague, copy-and-paste responses, and any request for clarification or accountability is met with avoidance.The agency refuses to provide evidence or confirmation of actions they claim to have taken on our behalf, which raises serious concerns about honesty and professionalism. When challenged, they deflect rather than provide straightforward answers — something no tenant should have to deal with.For a company handling people’s homes and finances, their disregard for transparency and basic customer service is unacceptable. It’s clear that tenants are treated as an inconvenience rather than valued clients.I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this agency. If you value clear communication, professionalism, and honesty, look elsewhere.
