The young lady who answered the phone was very courteous and helpful. The gentleman who actually reviewed my quote was very patient and answered my multitude of questions without rushing me. Uneven, rushed stain on 3 pieces

We have purchased several pieces from Amish Outlet store over the years and have always been very satisfied until we purchased 3 items most recently at a cost of about $7,000. The construction of the pieces met the standards we were used to but the stain on all 3 pieces is uneven, and looks rushed, nothing like a previous piece that we had purchased in the same wood and stain previously. Thus our extreme disappointment. I've felt there is nothing I could do except share this comment because we waited several months for these items and they were shipped across the country to California. Just disappointed.

Delivery was a day earlier than expected. Driver called from Cape Cod and said they could be at my home in about 2 hours with traffic. Right on time. Easy delivery. Chairs are perfect. Just as ordered. Polite and professional service from start to finish. Looking forward to additional purchase from the Amish Outlet.
