Ordered the trial box. First parcel I received was faulty as the toilet cleaner leaked. I contacted customer service and they sent a whole new replacement including the handwash, limescale remover, bathroom cleaner and toilet cleaner. Amazing service. The limescale remover is fab. So is the bathroom cleaner. Lovely scent. I’ve not used the handwash yet, the toilet cleaner smells amazing too !!!!
Hana was super helpful, quick to respond and very easy to engage with, would definitely recommend Hana and Bower Collective the products are beautiful and people are super friendly and exude brilliance.
Really like the products. I have tried quite a few and love the laundry liquids but find the large packs in the boxes very difficult to refill bottles with. Not keen on washing up liquid but love the dishwasher tabs. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner love them. Cleaning products too. Some smell better than others but overall 10/10. Would not shop anywhere else now.
This is a brilliant company with really innovative products. All of the items I get from them (cleaning products) are natural and they really work. When I’ve emptied the bags of liquid, I have the option of sending them back, post free, to be recycled and reused. What a fantastic idea. I’ve set up subscriptions which can be altered easily. The products work so well and have very pleasant scents. I’m very happy and intend to permanently use them!
The products did not meet expectations. The claim that the limescale remover would eliminate limescale is completely false; it didn’t work at all. I then received a notification about upcoming subscription deliveries, despite never signing up for any subscription service. I spent a stressful Friday trying to halt the deliveries. To top it off, I was inundated with emails requesting feedback on their customer service. I will not be returning.
Stunning products and eco-friendly packaging, this is the most effective limescale remover I've encountered. It works wonderfully in the bathroom, especially in a hard water area. I'm thrilled to have discovered a cleaner that avoids harsh chemicals and doesn't include bleach. Outstanding service.
The products have delightful fragrances and perform well. My husband enjoys the body wash, while I appreciate the washing-up liquid and toilet cleaner. They may be somewhat pricey, though I haven't done a thorough comparison. I haven't returned any packaging yet. I prefer to order as needed rather than set up a regular order until I'm confident about our usage and quantities.
All my products from the company are excellent. The subscription management is straightforward, as they always notify me well in advance of upcoming shipments, allowing me to add or skip items easily. I appreciate the closed-loop system that significantly reduces plastic usage. Absolutely perfect!
I am a busy housekeeper, and love delivering a great service to my clients. I am keen to find a worker and home friendly, non-toxic, natural product to replace the harsh ones I have had to use in the past. I saw recently, an advert on Facebook demonstrating the Bower Collective products, I decided to do a little research for myself.
There was no doubt the energy and passion behind the products was present. Hopeful that they might give me the results I needed, I ordered the sample box, which was promptly delivered. I have since been working with the products on a daily basis for a few weeks now, and very happy to report the successful results I have experienced. They have maintained a strong defence against limescale, cut through grease to reveal gleaming surfaces, while leaving a lasting, energising fragrance throughout the home.
Suffice to say, I am so content with the products, that I have encouraged my clients to purchase their own box of Bower Products.
