The lashes were broken upon opening and customer services didn't offer a partial refund or replacement, but instead told me I should have read the description which says they are 'delicate'. Why bother selling something if it's not effective for use?
Dont bye from this site, I ordered I December of 2020. It is now April 2021 and I have not heard from them, the only thing that happened was them taking the money from my account. I have been texting them over 4 times on mail and on Instagram, but I got no answer. So bad wish I could give them a zero stars.
Wish I could give them no stars. Ordered opi polish and received email saying dispatched 6 April delivery expected 15 April. After lots of emails blaming the pandemic and to give it time they said it had gone to wrong address. They sent me a notification saying about all the problems in America keeping workers safe and not full workforce etc. Then I got one saying it’s passed through Chicago on 14 June. Repeatedly asked for refund prior to this. They don’t listen. They then sent me a load of bst about Canada problems in April and May with international shipping. It’s now 26th June. It’s never going to arrive. Don’t want the product anymore. Don’t normally check who the supplier is when shopping on amazon. Now I will always check.
I wish there was an option for 0 stars because this company is a complete scam! I should’ve realized sooner but the website doesn’t even have a listen phone number. The email listed didn’t respond to my emails for months and finally I demanded a refund and the women said no and that it would be shipped and that it was “in customs”. Complete B.S. and i STRONGLY recommend to STAY AWAY from this company.
I do not recommend I only put 1 star because you have to...April 16th I ordered polygel nails, some gel polish and a uv light.April 24th i recieved an email stating it shipped. May 27th asking about how long it usually takes. They responded with its getting processed through customs. Ok. Today. June 10th still nothing. I did send another email to them but I'm waiting for a response..I've learned the hard way that you should absolutely do your research before you buy! And the fact that the website shows people from surrounding states have bought something is false advertising as it seems like the company is in the states... they are not.
I ordered the poly gel nail kit and it took about a month for it to come in. It came in with absolutely no instruction on how to work them so experimented for a little while. Finally, after about an hour of frustration, I watched a video on it. I got hopefully watching this video and followed all the instructions and it was still a failure. The gel was extremely sticky and hard to work with, every nail I tried to do just came off with the glue. NEVER PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. The worst thing that I have ever spent my money on and the biggest waste of time imaginable. Go to a nail salon.
It's been a month since I ordered PolyGel Nail Kit and it still hasn't arrived. I have received an email with a tracking number and confirmation but nothing came. I am an IT worker and I can easily shut down their website and find their location through the IP address. The police will be happy another pair of swindlers.
