Amore Design and Neibac are the same company—and both continue to scam people!I placed my order expecting a hand-painted artwork, as advertised on their website, with a promised delivery time of 2-3 weeks. Instead, I waited for months, during which I received no updates or response to my inquiries. Their customer service is nonexistent, and they simply ignore emails once they have your money. When I requested a refund because I couldn't wait any longer for the item, they ignored my request and instead shipped the order without my consent.When the package finally arrived, it was nothing like what I ordered. Instead of a hand-painted piece, I received a cheap, poor-quality print on thin plastic, which was half-transparent, completely flat, and lacking any texture – a far cry from what was advertised. Even worse, the frame emits an overpowering chemical smell that makes it impossible to keep indoors without feeling nauseous. It’s completely unusable and unfit for any living space.I contacted customer service to return the item and request a refund, but they never responded. There is no return address listed anywhere, making it impossible to send the item back. This is a clear scam, designed to take customers’ money without delivering what was promised.Amore Design operates with false advertising, no customer support, and zero accountability. If you’re considering purchasing from them, do not waste your time or money.
Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with Amore Design. After an excessively long delivery time (far beyond the stated time frame), I finally received my picture – only to find that the quality is absolutely subpar.But it gets worse: the return process is a complete nightmare. Neither my messages via WhatsApp nor my emails are being answered. Even the return form on their website is completely ignored. It feels like they are deliberately avoiding customer concerns.I cannot recommend Amore Design at all and strongly advise against ordering from them. Such poor service is truly rare.

My order took well over 45 days to arrive—which was already outrageous—only to show up missing half of what I paid for. I ordered two canvases but only received one, and then they had the gall to insist both were in the same box. That’s flat-out dishonest. Their customer service? Completely unresponsive. Communication? Useless. Despite multiple attempts, I never got a real explanation or any meaningful help. Honestly, I’m not sure if they lost my package or if they’re purposely trying to scam me. Their total lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic competence is mind-boggling. I’m demanding a refund immediately. If I don’t see my money back soon, I’ll file a dispute with my credit card company. My advice? Don’t waste your time, money, or sanity on this company—stay far away.
Placed an order of a fantastic canvas on the 4th of July. Order shipped 8th of July.Weeks went by. I corresponded with AmoreDesign via email. Answers came late or not at all.Canvas delayed due to their courier. AmoreDesign claims that it’s not their responsibility.Finally the canvas was shipped (25th July) BUT was returned when it arrived in Denmark (I live in Sweden). Again not their responsibility….?!I do not want another canvas and asked for a refund.Still no reply, still no refund.Bad experience. Would not recommend to purchase from this company if you live abroad.
