Delivery issues

The items arrived late, and when I wanted to return them, they tried to dissuade me by offering partial refunds. I should have accepted the offer, as I returned the items to another country at my own cost, and now they are unresponsive. The return will be discarded, leaving me without the items and out of money.

Horrible experience

This was the worst experience I have ever had. The owner did nothing to rectify the situation. The environment was also unsanitary, and the tools used were not properly sterilized. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience.

Misleading advertising

Amazing cream

This green cream has been a lifesaver for my red nose and cheeks. I'm about to order another so I can keep one at home and one at the caravan. I stopped using it briefly, but the redness returned, proving how effective the cream is—nothing else compares!

Difficult rewards system

The products are good, but retrieving loyalty points is a nightmare! I had 2800 points but received a voucher for only £10 instead of £20. It's nearly impossible to access the points. I recommend avoiding this company!
