Seeing the poor reviews on here makes perfect sense how this company operates.I placed a few large orders as I run fundraising events for special needs families, and we have a gala coming up so have been making up beauty baskets for the evening.All my orders were cancelled by Liz Earle, so I now find myself looking for products at the last minute.I will never order from this company again.
Ordered a few gifts for a birthday present and the box arrived completely broken and ripped. The inside was pretty battered too. I sent the photos to Liz Earle directly and got a reply from Leila saying ‘ We will take up the issue with Royal Mail’ Good luck with that! Completely disappointed…
Ordered a Christmas present on Saturday 30 November and it was dispatched on Monday 1 December. Unfortunately, the parcel has been languishing at a Royal Mail mailing centre since then even though RM notified me they would be delivering on 6 December.Contacted Liz Earle who sent out another parcel by priority delivery requiring a signature. Very impressed by the efficient, polite and friendly customer service from Angelique.As an aside, Liz Earle products are fantastic and really good quality!
I have recently purchased the No 15 perfume from Liz Earle. I cannot fault this company, everything was perfect from start to finish. The perfume is amazing and the smell unique. I nearly didn’t buy direct due to the poor Trustpilot rating, but this is not a reflection on the company and it’s website, these ratings are linked to skin reactions from certain products. Please do not let this rating put you off from buying online as the online purchasing and safety is excellent. I have nothing negative to say about the Liz Earle website and delivery process itself. Plus I have only purchased the perfume which like I said is amazing, and thank you Liz Earle for the free gift, what a treat. I am yet to use other products so I cannot comment on those as yet. But needless to say I am so happy with my purchase and I already have my eye on the other perfumes in this range which also smell amazing.
Really poor customer service experience. I ordered a product which arrived, when opened and used for the first time, the screw cap would not fit back on. I contacted "customer service" who wanted me to send the bottle back at my expense, and then said they were out of stock in any event. No flexibility whatsoever. Would never buy again from this brand.
Why take over a company like Liz Earle with a great following and then change the products for substandard alternatives. It’s so disappointing. I and others I know use to love her products a high street brand now does a better alternative at a fraction of the cost.
I used to use Liz Earle products for years (when Liz Earle owned it) Recently came back to it as remembered how good it was and now have chemical burns and dry rough patches on my skin and face. I purchased the entire face and body collection as a Christmas present t myself and all I ended up with is damaged skin. This is totally not acceptable from a high end brand. After researching Liz Earle it seems they have changed their formula to one that is sub standard and not fit for people with sensitive skin. I struggle to keep my skin healthy and on and even keel and if I'd have known your products where going to cause such a reaction I wouldn't have wasted my money. I've not even has a flicker of a reaction with products that cost under fiver. Doctors had to prescribe me cream to help relieve the rash and itchiness. I've requested my money back and will be taking my complaint further if I don't get it.
I was a avid user of skin repair moisturiser for many years. It was an amazing product smelt beautiful and my skin felt amazing.Unfortunately some time ago they relaunched it with a new product which is nowhere near as good as the old one. It smells and feels synthetic and is nothing like the fresh natural products Liz Earle was always famous for and is now just like any other standard cream that is on the market.At the time of the change many customers complained and begged them to bring the old product back but they refused to do so.Very very disappointed and really wish that Liz Earle had not sold her company
