No Delivery, No answers, No contact, nothing. They picked the Money and didnt send anything. I cant reach anyone there and dont know where my tent is, although i chosed the expensive way with track and trace. Didnt get a Tracking Number or anything. Absolutely scam.
Well after all the reviews saying scam scam scam, I have received my goods after 6 days. It does say 2-4 days, so i used there what's app contact, i ask why was it taking too longer than it should of, the staff responed quickly and asured me it was on its way, The delivery was well packed, the product is bang on the money, thank you Sarah
Ordered 2 items one was shipped fast other I order and it said they have it in stock ordered it says not in stock anymore they send package with the one item no info on the other saying it's busy in warehouse blabla then yeah the manufacturer didn't have stock but amsterdam growsupplier says in stock but now 3 weeks later still nothing shit company
Beware of Grow Supplier – stay away from this store!Communication is nonexistent – they don’t answer calls, ignore emails, and when they finally reply, it’s after many days and without any real solution.Their website falsely claims that products are “in stock”, but after payment, it turned out they didn’t have the item at all.My order was delayed even though I paid extra for premium shipping, and after cancelling and pushing them multiple times, I received an incomplete refund.They are still misleading customers, showing products as available when they clearly aren’t.This is a store you cannot trust – do not buy anything from them!
