I bought this e sim for Indonesia and then was a bit worried after reading reviews that it may not work, however, as soon as I landed in Jakarta it kicked in. I travelled around Indonesia and had no problems. Most of the time I had quick 5G coverage with great speeds.
I have used other suppliers in the past as found that Orbit is probably the best and cheapest I have ever had. The top up of data was also very easy in app and I would totally recommend this eSIM.
This is a complete scam! I advise against using the app. They took my money, but no eSIM plan appeared in my account and there's NO record of the payment! However, I can see the charge in my online banking. The customer support is very user-unfriendly.
The eSIM stopped working while I was traveling, despite having data left on the plan and being in the same location. It ceased providing data on day 4. It was quite difficult to remove it from my phone, and I had to make numerous attempts just to deactivate it. Customer service is lacking, with an automated bot that only addresses very specific questions, and responses take a long time. A frustrating experience.
I bought an eSIM for Morocco, but it didn't activate. I was advised to purchase a second one with a promise of a refund for the first. Unfortunately, the second one also failed to activate. To their credit, they did refund both after a week. I switched to a different provider and had a much better experience.
I am very disappointed with my experience. I bought a plan in Turkey but faced activation issues, and despite several attempts, I received no response from customer support. Additionally, I was charged twice for the same plan, and it’s been nearly a month without a refund or any reply.
Please refrain from using this eSIM service! I purchased a package, and it failed to activate. Despite my request for help, no representative contacted me. My money is lost, and I haven't received any refund. Their strategy seems to be to lure you in with low prices initially, but subsequent attempts to activate fail. Proceed with caution!
I installed the eSIM a week before my trip to Turkey, but it still isn’t functioning here. Very disappointing. I ended up paying extra to get data from another provider. I kept getting notifications that it’s inactive.
