I am forever grateful to Allah that i have found an nissa academy, alhamdulillah. Its truly uplifted me spirituality in so many ways. Over the years Appa has consistently instilled in us this sacred knowledge and i can't express how grateful i am. Appa's discipline, determination, and resilience towards us has empowered us to be strong women alhamdulillah. So i would highly recommend an nissa academy to everyone in sha allah
A place that claims to nurture spirituality should, unsurprisingly, be able to accept feedback without questioning someone's identity, mental state or intentions. Nobody expects an institution to please everyone. But professionalism is measured in how you choose to handle this, and so far you've decided to ask other people for reviews without reflecting which is by definition : the active, conscious process of analyzing one’s own experiences, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to gain self-awareness, improve future performance, and foster personal growth .
Being made to feel small in a religious setting is not 'malicious feedback that is untrue', it's a real experience.
I have absolutely nothing to gain for doing this review or sharing this, if anything, it would have been easier to stay silent. But silence helps nobody. For those reading : look at not only the reviews but at the responses. That's where you'll see the true culture of this organisation.
It's also very suspicious there's a sudden wave of 5-star reviews appearing within hours many from first time accounts - actually makes you look suspicious which is so ironic and raises alot of eyebrows.
I stand by my real experience alhamdulliah
Alhamdulillah i completed my aalimiyah degree with al nissa academy and i cant recommend it enough.. Apa shazia is one of the most dedicated person i know of who runs the academy to her fullest and alhamdulillah im glad to have completed my aalimah with her who shared her upmost knowledge about islam which has impacted on our knowledge of understanding our deen fully.. the academy also allows flexibility for students for us to balance our work life, personal life and have a flexible time to learn and study about our deen. I would recommend this academy to anyone who is looking to learn more about islam and strengthen their deen.

I’ve done many classes with this institute, and I’ve been going for 8+ years. My first encounter with my current teacher was one I’ll always remember, she came to my university to give a talk. And it was completely different to any other islamic talk I’ve been part of, she left booklets with information from the session and even her own personal contact number. And since then I’ve taken part in classes such as Tafsir, Fiqh and Tajweed. I’ve always felt extremely comfortable with the teacher so much so that she has even helped me through personal affairs in life. I’ve learnt a lot from this acamady and continue to do so. May Allah reward all the teachers abundantly, Ameen!
I enjoy my lessons in Maktab and Islamic studies, my teachers are nice and I enjoy the lessons. They also teach me salah steps, wudu steps and other important things. I learnt how to read salah from my Thursday lessons. An- Nisa Academy is highly developed and taught me more about Islam.
I was recommended An Nissa Academy from a family member as my previous academy did not meet my expectations with timings and structure. As soon as i joined An nissa Academy apa shazia laid out the foundations of what is expected of students, all ustadas of the academy ensured we understood every parts of our books and encouraged us to self study for our own benefit, their dedication not only has had an impact on our knowledge of understanding our deen, it has instilled an firm Belief in prioritising our workload and staying organised and on top of things. I recommend An Nissa academy for those who wish to fall in love with islam all over again and those who require a solid and nurturing environment.
I personally believe that Appa Shazia (the owner) recognises people’s talents and she does everything in her power to bring those talents out. Whenever she sees me doubting myself, she reassures me. Whenever I don’t believe in myself, she believes in me. She’s given me opportunities I would never have stumbled upon elsewhere. I’ve also seen this when it comes to other students. You may deem it harsh, however if you truly wish to grow as a person and as a Muslim then she will help you achieve that! She wouldn’t invest so much energy into her students if she truly didn’t care for their progression. InShaAllah I’ll have many more years at An-Nissa
Before i joined this mosque i was a whole different person i was far away from my deen and was just really silly in school and didn’t pray my five prayers or really be close to my religion at all but when i joined i found a closeness to my books through this alimiah course and the teachers truly helped me get through diff Times. If you want to become close to your religion and learn about islam this is the perfect place to come and the teachers here have a wide range of knowledge and this place makes you feel comfortable. I have learnt so much on my journey and I continue to learn. So Alhamdullilah if u want a place to nurture you children this is the place to go and your children may even cone out here amazing scholars and people.
