In the current lending landscape, going alone is no longer an option. We were referred to Anderson Harris by a friend, and quite honestly, everyone involved has been fantastic. Lauren Wilson and Tonie Copeland dealt with two very different mortgages on our behalf and navigated through the very stringent requirements of the lender with ease. Being self-employed with different income streams is very complex for some, and quite often, brokers fail to understand it. This was not the case for Anderson Harris. We will, of course, use Anderson Harris again for all of our remortgages and any future purchases. Hopefully, they can delve into the holiday let and commercial sector at some point to make a one-stop shop for our lending requirements.

Very helpful and informative throughout the process. Gave us facts as well as encouraged us to think about things such as how far to stretch around comfort vs possible, without any pressure either way or overstepping their mark. Would definitely recommend.

At risk of sounding dramatic, I don’t know where we would be without Harry and the incredible team at Anderson Harris! Our experience was consistently brilliant from start to finish. We were let down by our previous broker and nervous about securing a mortgage in time to buy our forever family home.
