Loved working with Tom and Tonie to buy my first home. As first time buyers we knew very little about the mortgage process, but Tom and Tonie gave us excellent advice throughout the whole journey of buying our first home. Tom explained everything to us very clearly and we are happy with the mortgage he managed to secure for us. They patiently answered all of our questions promptly and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. They were even able to advise us on how much a solicitor should cost, how long the searches should take etc. and helped to chase the solicitor to keep things moving.
