So much better to use since the web site has been updated. I was looking to change my buying from Animed, but now I am staying. Site so much easier to use, to add my dogs prescription request, delivery time was fine, although I was worried about receiving items, due to the Post Office's bad delivery times, but I received my items in five days. Paying for the items was absolutely brilliant, I always had trouble before. Would definitely recommend Animed again to family & friends.
I find Animed efficient for ordering and delivery but the products invariably arrive in damaged/torn packaging. The actual product packaging is ok but the external packaging isn’t. Delivery isn’t cheap either.
I normally shop to get the best deal around before I purchase the food for my dogs. Animed are generally the cheapest, sometimes by a fairly significant amount. The order always arrives quickly and I'm really happy with their service. Many thanks Animed!
Aww what can i say , you deliver to me every 2weeks nearly fot last 3 yrs .never had a problem with delivery men all have been great , always cheerful always greet with a cheerie smile and a hello .odd times have a laugh .

Normally quick and accurate items received. However, on this occasion having ordered 3 items only two were received. But as soon as I advised Animed of this error they have dealt with the problem well and kept communicating so that I knew what was happening. I have been advised that I shall be receiving the missing order.
