I found Annachi on Google search. I was in a big hurry as I was missing key ingredients for a recipe for my son's birthday party. I was so happy to have received my order so quickly ! I am a super happy customer as everything came beautifully packaged and I am delighted !! Thank you so much !!
I liked that most of the food was in good condition. However, I had to throw away the milk cake because it was in the same packet as the mutton and the mutton was not sealed. I was really shocked to see that all the blood had escaped from the mutton packet and since there was a hole in the milk cake packet- the blood entered inside. It was quite disheartening since I was looking forward to trying it and also serving it to some guests. I advise to check that meat packets are sealed well, which I think is the norm, or are isolated in the aluminum cold bag. Update: Updating my rating since after I posted the review since I am really happy with the way things were handled after the mishap. My experience was sincerely acknowledged and I was refunded promptly for the spoiled milk cake. Will definitely order from the store in the future.
