I would recommend not shopping here. I made a purchase but never received a tracking number or shipping notification. After three weeks, I reached out to the support team and was informed by a representative that it would ship once my payment was processed. However, my credit card was charged at the time of purchase. After another week and a follow-up email, I received no response. I ultimately had to dispute the transaction with my credit card.

This seller is untrustworthy! I ordered an item weeks ago and received no tracking information. When I inquired, a representative responded in broken English, promising a tracking number in two days, but nothing came. Shortly after, my bank account was compromised for $5000!
Placed an order on October 4, 2025, and it showed as pending. I requested a cancellation due to non-dispatch, but received no response after my final notice. I initiated a chargeback for merchandise not received. If I receive a full refund, I will update this review.
It's not a scam, but my experience was not ideal. I ordered early in October and didn’t get any updates until around the 20th. It took three emails to get a response, and the communication felt off. A representative communicated in broken English about a refund, which took about a week and a half to process. While I did receive my refund, I suggest using this platform as a last option; it won’t take your money, but it may not provide the best experience.
