Very frustrating betting platform

This is one of the most frustrating betting platforms I've used. I've been trying for days to withdraw less than €200, but every time I attempt it, I get a message stating that verification is needed, despite having already uploaded my utility bill and ID. When I try to reach support, I get a 'Can't connect. Sorry, something went wrong. Tap to retry' message, and it never works. There's no visible email or contact number to reach them, which makes it even more frustrating.

Misleading promotion

I opened an account and had no issues creating it. The interface was fine, but after depositing £10 and making a qualifying bet for their promotion, I was shocked to find I didn't receive the promised free bets. When I contacted customer service, they claimed their system detected a related account, preventing me from qualifying for the free bet, which I found absurd since I've never had an account here. Extremely unprofessional

You can't email them because your messages bounce back as undeliverable. They don't have a phone number, and live chat isn't available 24/7. If you manage to access it, you must first navigate through an annoying automated AI bot, then wait a long time before being disconnected. They never follow up with you. I've never encountered anything like this. So unprofessional, and the website looks outdated.
