I’ve used their free postal service twice, and each time, a knowledgeable and friendly representative contacted me to explain the process and provided a competitive offer that I happily accepted. Payment was prompt. It was refreshing to talk with someone who truly cared about my items, and I will definitely use their service again. I even recognized a familiar face from a popular antiques show—what a lovely surprise!
I had a fantastic time at a local golf club for an antique evaluation. The team was very knowledgeable, and I gained a lot of insight into my items. I even chose to sell a few gold pieces and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent price offered. I highly recommend this experience to anyone interested in antiques!
I've used their service twice now, sending my items through their free postal option. A knowledgeable and helpful representative called me to explain the process and made a competitive offer that I accepted. Payment was prompt. It was nice to speak with someone genuinely interested in what I had sent, and I will definitely use them again. I even recognized a familiar face from a well-known antiques show—what a wonderful surprise!
I understand, as you mentioned in your response, that people's expectations can differ. However, for two pewter tankards, three silver-plated trays, a leather shotgun cartridge belt, a leather pistol holster, two pocket watches, a Corgi Land Rover in its presentation case, and 51 World War I magazines from 1935, an offer of £10 seems lower than what anyone would expect.
I received an offer of only £10 over the phone! I had about £45 worth of items in that box. They raised the offer slightly to £15, but it still felt too low! I believe around £25 would have been more appropriate considering the company's need to make a profit. I could have declined, but since it was my first box, I accepted. I’m unsure if I’ll send another box unless the offers improve! Good communication over the phone and via email. In summary: very good service, but the low offers are a concern!
