Really thrilled with our quartz worktops, finish the new kitchen perfectly. Gavin and Coen have done a truly great job of fitting, accommodating all our requests, above all they were professional and genuinely caring that we were satisfied with the job.
Overall good. Small errorIn splash back which was promptly addressed by Amy. Brett came and sorted the issues. Splash back a little short on one side. Not a huge thing but a little time consuming. For both them and us. Cosmetically because I know it’s there. The overall look is amazing. I would not hesitate to use them in future projects as theStaff are all amazing. Good experience aground. The quartz looks beautiful.
Nilstone quartz is beautiful. Would recommend the stone but not this company. We found those we dealt with to be rude and unprofessional. They didn’t make allowance for any tolerance for the 1000 mm splashback and in fact the gap they left was 999mm. The splashback was available and could have been place in position before fixing the upstands. No response to email asking how we could resolve this. The hole for the tap was not positioned properly, they ripped out the sink pipe fittings and now we cannot fit the overflow pipe back in. They complained that the sink had been stuck in preventing them from lining it up with the hole, but their instructions state the undermount sink needs to be fitted into a cradle support. Nothing about leaving it loose - no doubt they would have complained about it being moved.Addendum:After posting this review, the owner got in touch with me personally and was genuinely distressed about the experience we’d had. Whilst it was a shame that it took a one star review to get a reaction, I appreciated the immediate attention the owner and account manager showed in response. I’ve updated my rating to reflect that, while still acknowledging the experience we had. Would I use them again? Yes, I would, hopefully with a 5-star result.
Prices reasonable , good quality products, staff helpful. Fitters very good . And most of all my new kitchen looks amazing. If you buying a kitchen and have been priced by the kitchen units supplier. It will pay you to check out prices from Anythingstone , you will be surprised. Ho and save money.
It's easy to give great reviews when all goes to plan. It says far more about the focus a company has on delivering fab service to their customers when they get top marks despite not all not going to plan.
