I purchased Ellis shoring posts a few years ago for a difficult job and they worked exceptionally well. I find myself using them often on my projects. I even have some contractor friends who ask if they can use them on occasion. I recently purchased the shoring clamps for 4x4 and used the post in combination with the shoring posts to hold up the roof so I could remove the deck below.
