I am still attempting to get a refund from the company. I placed my order weeks before Christmas, and no item has arrived. After escalating my claim, they claim it was delivered, but I have received nothing. This has been the most stressful shopping experience I've ever had. This service will take your money and disappear. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
I can only give one star. Ordering was easy and the item arrived as promised within 5 days, with delivery included. However, I found that eight bolts and the tool were missing, preventing the assembly of the recliner chair. My email to the support team received a speedy response, but it was still frustrating.
This was my first and last experience with this service. I ordered a Christmas gift for my child on December 11th, expecting it to arrive by the 23rd. It didn’t make it in time for Christmas! The tracking showed it was at the delivery center in Ireland at 3:15 pm on the 23rd. I'm really disappointed.
