Customer service has been amazing they call you as soon as you place the order. They respond to messages and give you a date of when it will be delivered. Took under a little over a week to arrive. The bed is beautiful. Amazing quality compared to other companies, packaged very well I’d only ask for an online guide with images or video on how to build the beds. But honestly amazing
